Grommet hole cutter die size 00 hammer punch style

Easy to use. I'm glad I splurged for this.

The 00 grommets that I had were leaving a sharp edge on the bottom side. I wasn't sure if my grommet punch was slightly off so I order three new ones and they are all doing this. I do not have this issue with the 0 grommets with any of my tools for that. I don't know if it is the grommets or the tool but they do not line up. I bought new ones hoping it was just a single defect. now I am left with almost $300 of tools I will avoid using AND you have hardly any colour options for the 0 size, which I now need to stick with. I can't afford to cut my actors or to replace laces every week as they are destroyed by the sharp edge being left. Not sure what I can do. I was also surprised for the first time dealing with Farthingales how very long items took to arrive. I know you sent it out the same day I ordered it because I spoke with someone there. It just took almost a week to actually get here. Days after the email arrived saying the item had been delivered.
