Thigh Garters - black

This product requires no sewing, but does require other bits to make a complete set of garters.

What you get here is the two adjustable 15mm wide satin elastic pieces with 4 elastic loops on each -to which you can attach garters. Garters sold separately. The shortest length possible with these thigh garters is 48cm (18 3/4 inches). Note: they could be made shorter but that would require cutting and sewing.
