Hoop Steel Kit - all components

This hoop kit has several components for versatility - cage crinoline, pannier or bustle building.  Use the connectors to make hoops, use the U tips to blunt the cut ends of steel, use the plastic tips to finish the ends of the steel and then secure these plastic tips to fabric by sewing through them!

Kit Contents:

• 30 meters of 10mm wide hoop steel (approximately 32.8 yards)
• 6 hoop connectors 
• 6 plastic tip ends
• 12 "U" shaped bone tips
