Two Wire Hoop Wire for Bustles

This hoop steel consists of two wires encased in plastic (not dyeable). Made in the USA it's considered spring steel, but is not quite as springy as our European hoop wire. Designed for tutu's. We think it would be great for bustles!  This product is available in 3 meter and 10 meter pieces.
